Established in 1970

Our Clubs offer programs for female ands male athletes.  We offer developmental, intermediate, and competitive levels of play in each age category, High B, C and D Provcincial Level.

CMSU (Calgary Minor Softball Umpires)

NCCP Certification for coaches

Accommodate appropriate level of play in all categories

All teams qualify for City Championships and are placed according to season statistics to ensure right level competition in championships

Mentoring programs

Participation in Softball Alberta sanctioned tournaments

Affiliations: Softball Alberta, Softball Canada, Sport Calgary, Volunteer Alberta

 

Club Programs

 

The Club programs are the heart and soul of Calgary Minor Softball. Each Club is responsible for the administration of their softball program to ensure participants and their families have a positive and rewarding experience. The following is a list of age divisions offered.

Calgary Minor Softball Umpires (CMSU)

 

Calgary Minor Softball Umpires Association whose mandate is to provide qualified umpires for the Calgary Minor Fastpitch Softball community under the umbrella of Calgary Minor Softball. Calgary Minor Umpires provides umpires for tournaments throughout Alberta, Western Canada and Nationally. Calgary Minor Umpires regularly send umpires to the Alberta Summer Games, Alberta Provincial Championships, Western Canadian Championships and the Canadian National Championships. Our umpires are respected throughout the country as some of the most qualified and best trained umpires.
